Our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) brings a diverse range of expertise and experience to support students with varying behavioral needs, communication styles, and learning profiles. We are committed to helping schools create positive, inclusive learning environments by implementing evidence-based behavior strategies that promote student success and teacher confidence. Our services include designing and implementing both classroom-wide and individualized incentive systems, conducting comprehensive Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), and developing data-driven, individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs.
We play an active role in the special education process by participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, ensuring that behavioral goals are well-integrated with students’ academic objectives and aligned with best practices. In addition, our team provides ongoing behavioral consultation to staff and families, supporting a strong partnership between home and school to reinforce consistency and maximize student growth across all environments.
Our approach is interdisciplinary and collaborative. We work side-by-side with school psychologists, adjustment counselors, nurses, general and special education teachers, paraprofessionals, and administrative teams. This collaboration ensures that strategies are implemented consistently and with fidelity throughout the student’s day, leading to more meaningful and sustained progress.
When additional support is necessary, our trained behavior technicians can provide direct, hands-on assistance in the classroom or other school settings. They model strategies such as de-escalation techniques, environmental arrangement to reduce problem behavior, and proactive antecedent and consequence-based interventions. This level of support allows educators to see the strategies in action and feel more confident applying them independently over time.
