Bianca works as an in-home behavioral services provider, offering community-based therapy. She joined Ally's clinical team in June 2024.

Chelsea Cheatham, MSWOutpatient Therapist
Chelsea obtained her masters in Social Work from Endicott College, and bachelors in Psychology from Bridgewater State University. She has nearly 15 years experience working with individuals and families in home-based, clinic, inpatient, and correctional settings. Her areas of expertise include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma informed care, and solution-based thinking. As a therapist, she also utilizes a strong client-centered approach to treatment. Chelsea joined Ally's clinical team in May 2024.

Brendyl Christison, M.A.In Home Behavioral Therapist
Brendyl's educational background is in Psychology (BA) and Educational Counseling (MA). She has worked in several states including Rhode Island, California and Massachusetts. Brendyl originally began as a family specialist assisting families navigate state agencies and collaborate amongst providers. She went on to advance to a managerial position as a behavior and autism specialist. While in California, Brendyl worked as a social worker with children enrolled in early intervention. Most recently, she has worked in several school districts in various clinical and administrative roles. She currently serves as a behavioral therapist with Ally Behavioral Health, is a CPCS social worker for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and is the school psychologist and behaviorist in the Nahant Public School District.

Emily Harn, BCBA, LABAIn Home Behavioral Therapist
Emily graduated from the University of Kansas with a double major; Human Biology and Applied Behavior Analysis, and a minor in Speech Language and Hearing. She moved up to MA in 2014 where she got her masters in Applied Behavior Analysis from Western New England University. Emily has been practicing ABA since 2012 and earned her BCBA in 2019. Emily primarily works with young school age kids and working on communication skill, play skills, and self-help skills. She love going on hikes all around the area and will do any activity as long as she can bring her dog, Pepper, along for the fun.

Travis King, LCSWLicensed Therapist
Travis is a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) with over 5 years of professional experience
supporting individuals and families in both home and community-based settings. His therapeutic
philosophy acknowledges the specific and unique needs of each individual client. His process
will be goal-oriented and collaborative, with opportunities to identify and implement healthy
coping strategies as a part of the healing process. Travis' approach is culturally sensitive and client-
centered, highlighting that you are the expert of your own lived experiences.Travis received his Master of Social Work (MSW) from the State University of New York at Albany
and have since been able to offer support to a diverse set of clients navigating challenging life
issues. His scope of practice includes anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, intellectual
disabilities, loss and bereavement, and sexuality issues.Recognizing the vulnerability of my clients, Travis offers a safe and protected space where healing can
unfold organically. By fostering an environment of acceptance and empathy, he ensures that every
client feels seen and heard. Travis utilizes various treatment modalities, tailoring treatment to the
unique needs of the client. -
Marissa Mello, B.S.In Home Behavioral Monitor
Marissa has been a Behavior Monitor with Ally since August 2023. She currently holds a Bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in neuroscience from Rhode Island College and will be pursuing post-graduate studies in the near future. She has acquired roughly six years of experience working, mainly, with children ages 3-17 with some experience in an adult residential facility as well. Over the years, she has taken part in behavioral health interventions across multiple settings including elementary, middle, and high schools, centers for different programs, in-home therapy, and group therapies. In her free time, she enjoys martial arts, surfing, painting, rock climbing, reading, traveling, and spending as much time outdoors with her dog as possible.

Hayley Mulford, BCBA, LABAIn-Home Behavior Therapist
Hayley is a behavior therapist for IHBS at Ally. Hayley graduated with a B.S. in psychology from Roanoke College in Virginia and a M.S. in applied behavior analysis from Florida State University (FSU). During her time at FSU, Hayley worked with children with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities. However, Hayley predominantly worked with foster parents and children in the foster system, as well as families engaged in social services through the State of Florida. Hayley provided the families and children with behavioral services in the school, home, daycare, visitation, and community setting. These experiences focused on utilizing behavior management strategies through applied behavior analysis techniques in a collaborative effort. This included working with parents, teachers, children, grandparents, and other caregivers to reduce challenging behaviors by teaching helpful and appropriate behaviors to improve the lives of the child and all those around them. In her free time, Hayley enjoys reading, running, and traveling.

Mary is a licensed independent clinical social worker and works as an outpatient provider, offering office-based and virtual therapy. She also serves as a clinical supervisor for Ally's IHBS and outpatient services. Mary joined our clinical team in December 2023.

Victoria Shannon, M.S.In Home Behavioral Therapist
Victoria works as a Masters Level in-home behavioral therapist in both office and community based settings. She has been with Ally since May 2022. She has graduated with a Master of Science in Applied Behavioral Analysis and a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Education. Victoria is also a certified coach for Project ImPACT. Using a blend of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and developmental science approaches, she enjoys helping families learn preventative strategies to decrease problem behaviors. Using these same sciences, Victoria also targets skills to increase such as social, communication, imitation, and play skills during daily routines and activities to assist with reaching developmental goals and milestones. When she’s not working, Victoria loves to craft, spend time outdoors, and compete in a variety of sports!

Ashley has over 10 years of experience providing behavioral support to children and families in residential, community and school settings. She earned a bachelor's degree in Psychology from Northeastern University and a master's in Behavior Analysis from Simmons College. Ashley is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst in the state of Massachusetts.
Currently, Ashley is the Director of Behavioral Services at Ally Behavioral Health, overseeing the agency's ABA and In-Home Behavioral Services. Ashley also holds an adjunct faculty positions at Bay Path University, where she supports and trains new behavior analysts.

Gregory Todisco, LMHC, BCBAExecutive Director
Gregory has worked in the human services field for 20 years with children and families in residential, community and rehabilitative settings. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Suffolk University and Masters' Degrees from Cambridge College in counseling psychology and advanced counseling studies. Gregory also studied applied behavior analysis at the Florida Institute of Technology. Gregory is a licensed mental health counselor and licensed/board certified behavior analyst, specializing in pediatric behavioral health and family wellness.
In 2018, Gregory founded Ally Behavioral Health as an outpatient provider and expanded services to include community and school-based care in 2021.
